At ROC Boots Australia, we want you to love your new footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all packaging and tags are intact to qualify for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Boots
Place your unworn boots back in their original ROC shoebox and secure them inside a protective mailing bag or outer box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or credit has been processed.
